メトロポリタン美術館のスコフィールド・テア・コレクションから、水彩画、素描、版画、併せて15点を展示。テア・コレクションは、富豪の家に生まれ、出版社を経営していたスコフィールド・テアが、1921年から23年の間にロンドン、パリ、ウィーン等で、20世紀前半にパリで活躍した作家の優れた作品を集めた600点以上にものぼるコレクションで、クリムト、シーレ、ピカソのエロチックで刺激的な作品が含まれることで知られている。(林玄一）
